1/2cEgg, hardboiled & chopped
1cPotato, cooked & diced
1cBeets, cooked & diced
1cGreen peas, cooked
1/4cCarrots, shredded
3/4cYogurt, plain
1/2tsSalt
1/2tsBlack pepper
1/2tsCider vinegar
6 Scallions chopped
